The Baseball Cube has the complete history of the Major League Baseball Amateur Entry draft since its inception in 1965. There is a player profile for every player drafted and if available, the player's career statistics. The basic rules for statistical inclusion is listed here.
It is important to remember that the list of draft picks is complete for all years, rounds and phases but that a player's highest level reached might be incomplete. Generally, players drafted in 1978 or later are accurate while those drafted before are likely to be incomplete.
Use the Draft Index to find the draft results you are looking for and if you're trying to find a specific player, use the TBC search tool. Its definitely the fastest way.
Finally, we get many questions from fans explaining how a friend of theirs has convinced them that they were drafted by a major league team yet when they search our site, they can't find the player. If you can't find this "friend", its most likely that it either never happened or the player was signed as a free agent, in which case its possible that we don't have a profile for him. Chances are this person is embellishing their baseball history.
