Minor Rosters

Minor League Rosters are always changing. Players get demoted and promoted. Released and traded. The Baseball Cube tracks daily transactions as best as possible and the current minor league roster is based on the result of those transactions. Therefore, if a transaction is missed, the roster may be out of sync with reality. Often we go back and make changes ... adding or removing transactions but its always difficult to be perfect. The current minor league roster should be taken with caution, especially in the off-season when players are technically not really on an assigned roster at that point.

The Roster History application (TBC PREMIUM) will provide you with the ability to search a minor league roster for any date in history since 2012. Again, take these rosters as close but not perfect.

The number of players on a roster varies depending on the league. Some leagues have 25-man active rosters and lower leagues have 35-man rosters. It is also possible for there to be separate active rosters (available in game) and unavailable rostered players.
